If your email attachment does NOT complete the ATP Scan after 10 minutes you can forward the email to yourself and the attachment should now be available.

The attachment completed the scan and was verified however due to a glitch between Outlook 2010 and Office365 it can sometimes get "stuck" and will not be released.
